Formula and criteria

CKD-EPI 2021 equations using creatinine or creatinine and cystatin C; CKD-EPI 2012 using cystatin C; CKiD U25 using creatinine, cystatin C or their mean; bedside Schwartz 2009. Equation, population, units and coefficients remain specific to each method; choosing a language does not change the equation.
