Method · Limits of application
Cleveland Clinic/Wexner Jorge 1993: 5 items 0–4, total 0–20; fecal incontinence
Reported fecal incontinence severity does not define its cause or treatment. The original review emphasizes history, examination and pretreatment physiological assessment. The scale and its frequencies must be applied according to the version; the total does not replace assessment of anorectal function.
Conditions of use
Check the population, units, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and version in the original source. A result alone does not establish a diagnosis, discharge decision or prescription.
Documented parameters
- Solid stool leakage
- Liquid stool leakage

- Lifestyle alteration
3/3 reference cases checked. Numerical tests are not clinical validation.

General context — relationship to be defined
A resource for general clinical contexts. This edition does not assign a specific oncological relationship; selecting it for a study requires a justified question, population and purpose.
