Hunt–Hess 1968: grades I–V; original adjustment of 1 grade for severe systemic condition/vasospasm
Hunt–Hess describes clinical severity in subarachnoid hemorrhage; it is not a CT classification. This interface records the grade from I to V selected by the examiner and does not automatically add a grade for severe comorbidity or vasospasm. Document factors that impair assessment of consciousness, such as sedation. Percentages from the historical series, when displayed, are not an individual prediction of current mortality or an automatic treatment decision.
Conditions of use
Check the population, units, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and version in the original source. A result alone does not establish a diagnosis, discharge decision or prescription.

General context — relationship to be defined
A resource for general clinical contexts. This edition does not assign a specific oncological relationship; selecting it for a study requires a justified question, population and purpose.
