ACR/EULAR 2010: 4 domains, total 0–10, cutoff≥6; context and exclusions required
The ACR/EULAR 2010 classification requires confirmed synovitis in at least one joint and no alternative diagnosis that better explains it before applying the ≥6/10 cutoff. It was developed for newly presenting undifferentiated inflammatory synovitis. The score alone, without these conditions, does not reproduce the classification criteria.
Conditions of use
Check the population, units, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and version in the original source. A result alone does not establish a diagnosis, discharge decision or prescription.
Documented parameters

General context — relationship to be defined
A resource for general clinical contexts. This edition does not assign a specific oncological relationship; selecting it for a study requires a justified question, population and purpose.
