Version 6, from 2023, for health professionals and people aged 13 and over. Most useful in the acute phase, particularly the first 72 hours; respect the clinical context and assessment window.
Limits and context
Do not use as the sole criterion for diagnosis or return to sport. Children aged 8–12 have a separate instrument; translations and modifications require BMJ/CISG approval. The form was not reproduced.
