ABCD²/Johnston 2007: age/BP/clinical features/duration/diabetes, total 0–7
A prognostic score after a TIA diagnosis, studied primarily for 2-day stroke risk, with additional analyses at 7 and 90 days. It does not confirm a TIA diagnosis. Probabilities observed in the original cohorts are not a universal individual prediction.
Conditions of use
Check the population, units, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and version in the original source. A result alone does not establish a diagnosis, discharge decision or prescription.
Documented parameters
- Age ≥ 60 years
- Blood pressure ≥ 140/90 mmHg at initial assessment
- Clinical presentation
- Symptom duration
- Diabetes
3/3 reference cases checked. Numerical tests are not clinical validation.

General context — relationship to be defined
A resource for general clinical contexts. This edition does not assign a specific oncological relationship; selecting it for a study requires a justified question, population and purpose.
